Bio

I graduated from Wimbledon School of Art, in Technical Arts and Interpretation in 1994 and went on to work as a freelance sculptor for theatre and television and then as a portrait sculptor for Mme Tussauds until 2003.

After a part time diploma in ceramics at The City Lit I did a short residence in Greece and Iceland. During an evening class in London that I was asked to help run the workshops for children and adults in exchange for studio space. This enabled me to develop my work and exhibit for the first time. My solo show at The Woburn Art Gallery in Bloomsbury led to a variety of group shows and art fairs.

After having children I set up the studio at home in South London. My work has been shown with Hybrid Gallery in Devon; Lingwood Samuel in Surrey and Thrown Contemporary in London. I am a member of London Potters and studio visits are welcomed.
